SHIPPING: Most items are shipped within 2 WORKING days of placing the order via UPS or Fed-Ex Ground shipping. Some items are sent U. S. Postal.
90 DAY RETURN POLICY: To Return a Product: Call My Motoring Accessories within 90 Days of purchase, get a Return Authorization Number from My Motoring Customer Service at 513-489-4874 (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Mon-Fri). The Return Authorization Number must be placed on the outside of the box within address area. All products returned in new and unused condition, with all parts, and instructions included will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product less the cost of the freight to deliver product to you. Any returns without a return authorization number will be refused. Shipping Charges on ALL Returned Merchandise Must Be Paid. Credit Will Not be issued for these charges or previously paid shipping charges. Note: Free Freight Special Shipping Offers do not apply to returned or exchanged non-defective products. Standard Shipping and handling charges will be applied. A Store Credit less 25% will be issued if product not received in condition described above with proper RA#.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform My Motoring Accessories, Inc. and hold merchandise for shipper to inspect the damaged merchandise. Be sure to keep the original box and packing material. My Motoring Accessories will be responsible for replacing the damaged product.

My Motoring Accessories shall not be liable or responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser due to the installation, repair or removal of any merchandise, including, but not limited to, costs associated with damage to the merchandise, costs incurred as a result of damage to the vehicle or other item related to the installation of the merchandise, and any labor incurred as a result of the installation, repair or removal of the merchandise.
